Since the 28th Decembre I have sent them 4 e-mails and they never answer me.

"Okay. The only reason I ordered something from this store was because of all the good ratings it got from this site. So I decided to try it out, after having trouble with DealExtreme. I ordered my R4 on December 16, 2007 at 23:55:32 and today is December 31, 2007 and I STILL have not gotten my order. I did not mind waiting a few weeks for my order, and about a week ago, I got an e-mail saying that they JUST shipped my order. I was ecstatic because they even included a picture of what my package was going to look like. The picture looked fine and I was very excited to receive my R4. A few days later, I checked the tracking number on my order and it said "The item left Hong Kong for its destination on 24-Dec-2007" and I was very happy. UNTIL I looked at the tracking number on the USA UPS site. It said " Label/Receipt Number: RA24 0227 198H K
Status: Insufficient Address
Your item was returned to the sender on December 28, 2007 because of an incomplete address. "
Your first thought might be "Oh, its YOUR fault for giving an incomplete address!" But I DOUBLE checked, even TRIPLE, QUADRUPLE checked the picture that SupercardNDS sent to me in the e-mail they sent telling me that they shipped the item. My address was PERFECTLY FINE. It was legible and clear. Now, I don`t know why it got sent back, but this site has NO CONTACT NUMBERS OR E-MAIL WHATSOEVER so now I have NO IDEA what is going on with my order and I can`t even CONTACT this store to see what is going on. I tried e-mailing ****@****, but the address failed. TWICE. I got two e-mails back telling me that " Technical details of temporary failure:
TEMP_FAILURE: DNS Error: Timeout while contacting DNS servers" and "
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not
be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below." The phone number Emily Lee gives you is not even a phone number. How in the world is "Tel: (852) 81312887" a legitimate phone number? I`m just a little frustrated in the lack of contact they give you because I want to know what`s going on!
Update (1-02-08):
I e-mailed this store once again and much to my surprise, I got an answer fairly quickly. They told me their servers were under maintenance the past few days and would help me sort out the problem once they received my returned package. The phone number was an international number, so as of now, I am just waiting for them to receive the package. I will rewrite this review once everything has been sorted out.
Update (1-13-08)
Okay, it has been 11 days since they last contacted me and I have gotten NOTHING. My package is still "Sent back due to an insufficient address" and they haven`t even contacted me to say if they got the returned package or not. I WANT MY R4 OR A REFUND. I will NOT waste $46.39 of my HARD EARNED money on a couple of frauds who don`t deliver what they promised.

I think my package got lost in the mail. This is the BIGGEST BUMMER EVER.
I ordered it almost a MONTH ago and this happens. I`m trying all I can to get my package but it`s really hard to reach these people. These people are practically un-reachable so unless you`re willing to wait for your package without any contact, go ahead and order from here. But if what happened to me happens to you, then tough luck. These people are SO HARD TO REACH and it`s hard to contact with them. They just don`t reply. Period.
Update 1-27-08
I had to resort to calling this Emily Lee person. I called long distance from Los Angeles to Hong Kong just to speak to her and she said she`ll get back to me by e-mail by today. I also called the Hong Kong post office and they said that SupercardNDS has already received my returned package. But this company did not contact me at all when they received my package, like they said they would. I had to resort to CALLING LONG DISTANCE to BOTH the Hong Kong post AND this company to ask about my package. It`s been MORE THAN a MONTH and a half!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Update:
They e-mailed me and finally told me they got my package. After closer inspection, I found out that the address was typed wrong (which was probably my fault) and so I sent them an apologizing e-mail. I told them that I shouldn`t pay the $3 resending fee because it was hell trying to reach them, and the girl, Polly, was very nice about it. She said that they will absorb my resending fee and resend it to the right address (which I provided in the apologizing e-mail). I really appreciate their service, and will update more once I get my package."
