"This company has the worst customer service I have seen in many years. I bought a pair of pants in their Orlando store. They didn’t have the size I would normally get, but the rep told me the waist was adjustable and I could tighten them. When I asked if they had an online store if they still didn’t fit, she told me yes. I returned home with said pants. Well, they don’t fit. I contacted the customer service center online who said they will not return or exchange the $75.00 pants. I called the store and they said I have to bring the pants into a store (of which there is not one in my entire state). Everybody wants to pass the buck in this company. Nobody wants to make things right. The store did not tell me I could not return this anywhere but a store while I was there, and they didn’t have this posted in their store. I am very disappointed in this company and will be telling others to beware of their shoddy customer service and manipulative sales practices."

"Online shopping is great but the best is when you recieve the item promptly. In my case it’s a disaster, I promised my daughter in time for Christmas her jacket costing £99.99 with free delivery and it being a new product got a 20% discount so I got a bargain! Placed order on the 15th December should of recieved it by the 21st December!!! Oh no not in my case I waited, thinking the busy Christmas rush I’ll get it soon.
Now I’ve called them and being on hold for 50+mins no reply an answer machine to say leave a msg I’ll call back. No response.
Several emails & complaints team no reply.
They took the money from my account too and sent me a email to ask how’s the jacket? Fitting alright?

"Insanely fast shipping, especially considering they're shipping from UK to west coast of USA. Clothes are pretty good quality, true to the photos I'd say. Stitching very good I think (I'm from USA though.) I was expecting lower quality seeing as they pretty much (borderline) mistranslated "superdry" into japanese, like they couldn't be bothered to do anything but use google translate and not, say, ask someone taking a sixth form japanese class. Anyway, the fit was overall pretty good. Only one item was too small for me (out of around 15 or so.) That has only happened to me once in my life as I am well over 6' and less than 150 lbs, so I'd say the sizes run small. (Again, though, I'm from USA.) These clothes are some of the very very few that actually fit me.
So overall, I'd say much much less douchy than advertised, thank gawd. Very pleasantly surprised. Will buy more. Yes, will buy much much more from SuperDry, despite the emblazoned tacky logos. I just can't believe they are so cheap costwise, and such great to excellent quality textiles and good to excellent stitching. Some of the textiles were just beautiful, with very v. nice texture - I'd say nicer than in the photos (when viewed on both my mac and also on my pc.)
Oh yeah, I bought a couple types of seam rippers (elsewhere) to remove labels and embroidery. Embroidery is difficult to remove to say the least, but worth it for me - with a "surging seam ripper" knife like thing. Would still give SuperDry 5 stars even if I wasn't going into it with low expectations. Good Job Superdry! I will most certainly be back!"
"My order made on 30/11/15 has NEVER BEEN DELIVERED!!! I have written around 10-15 emails to the customer service since then and they have NEVER REPLIED!! THIS IS FRAUD! Never buy at this store with the worst service ever, STEALING MONEY, not dispatching the items and not even bothering to reply emails via their customer service email address!!! Worse than a FRAUD or a SCAM!!! I will leave tons of negative reviews in all internet sources cause everyone should be warned to stay away from this company!!!

"I bought several items from Superdry online (US website) just before Thanksgiving 2015 -- they had been offering 25% discount over the previous few weeks and I had bought some hoodies, t-shirts and shirts from them.
When Black Friday started, they ran another promotion going 30% discount. I gave their customer service line a call -- a UK number (thank god for Skype or I would rung up quite a phone bill for an utterly worthless call). I explained my situation -- that I bought items from them based on their previous promotion (in good faith)... one purchase being two days before Thanksgiving and now they are running an even better promotion -- I would just like a price match credit that I can apply to a future purchase. The customer service agent told me that I can return the item (at my own cost) and they would provide a refund upon inspection of the returned item but they won't price match or provide any credit. I explained -- I have made 5 transactions with Superdry prior to November 27, 2015 (Thanksgiving) and I felt like I am being punished for being a good customer. The transaction reference numbers are:

The customer service agent continued reading her script -- It's my decision if I choose to return the items and I am responsible for the return delivery. Refund will be provided upon receipt and inspection of the item. Superdry does not provide any price matching or credit for purchased items. In fact, she even put me on hold for a few minutes while she checked with her supervisor and came back to her script. It wouldn't be as bad but they made a US-based customer call the UK (again -- thank god for Skype). I have noticed that they are running another 30% promotion in December (possibly leading up to Christmas).
Superdry has been very crafty -- by continuing to be based in the UK, they can skate around US customer service best practices that other companies like Abercrombie and Fitch, Uniqlo, Calvin Klein, and others adhere to. I actually called my credit card company to open a dispute but they just refunded that 5% from all those transactions to me -- too much hassle for Mastercard. For that 5% discrepancy -- they have earned this negative review and 1-star rating (0-star if possible) from me.
I will NO LONGER make any purchases from Superdry. If you are based in the US -- I would be very careful about making any purchases via the Superdry US website: Buyer Beware."
