"I have had a very similar experience.
I ordered a couple of parts from them not sure which I would need. Their return policy seemed straightforward so I figured I could always return the part I didn't use.
My first problem came when it took almost 2 months for me to even get my order. Of course, my credit card was charged immediately at the time of purchase. Phone calls, emails and even faxes asking when my order would be delivered went unanswered.
Hopefully if I post this on enough websites people will be warned and not use this retailer (if you can call them that).
Finally my parts came. There ended up being a part I did not need. I had to go through a week of phone calls, faxes and emails to even get a return authorization number.
Well guess what, I shipped the part back to them and they received it 12/7/10 and I still have not received a credit for the $70 part. Again, calls, emails and faxes to them have gone unanswered...Not sure I will ever see this money back in my account."
"I was searching the internet for some garage door parts. I came across Superior Door Parts at the top of the search result pages. I placed an order, but when I hit the "submit" button, I got a message saying that my shopping cart was empty. I waited until the next day to see if something posted on my credit card. It had not, so I re-ordered. This time it went through, and I received a confirmation page and subsequent e-mail. The next day, I received two shipping confirmation e-mails from Superior Door Parts, for both orders. Apparently, my first order went through. Their website was messed up the first time I ordered, but it did accept it apparently. I called them to cancel one of the orders, but could not get through. It went to voicemail each time. I called them many, many times with no results, always a voicemail. I e-mailed them several times, with no replies. I contacted my credit card company to dispute both charges, since I never received the merchandise, and they never answered their phone or replied to my e-mails. I'm not sure what their problem is, but they have zero customer service, happily take your money, and stiff you with no merchandise. It's no surprise that I do not recommend anyone do business with them, as I certainly will not in the future."
