"When I went to look for a computer item that had just come out I found it on their eBay store listed at a higher price than on their online store, which is separate from eBay. I contacted them about this discrepancy and they offered to waive shipping on the eBay store. Due to this I purchased it at the higher price through eBay.
I received the item on Tues. and realized that I could not use it. I called them on Fri. to return the card for a refund and explained the situation. It was unopened and still sealed in the shipping container. They (John) were very nice and well spoken. However, they (John) would not let me return the item for a full refund. The best they could offer was a credit or 10-15% restocking fee. The only justification for not offering a refund was that I waited past the 3 day return period – I picked the package up Tues. night (EST) and called them Fri. morning (EST). I expressed my dismay over this and we parted company.
I order quite a lot of computer parts online and this is the first time I have ever run into a situation even similar to this. I won’t be ordering from them again."
