"I placed an order for items to be delivered to me by a date certain. After the proof copy was approved, my delivery date was moved to a date that would have been past my event. Customer service tried their best to honor the original delivery date but were not able to accommodate. Eddie was very accommodating and tried hard to find a replacement item that we could brand with our campaign logo. Although we were not able to find the right product in the timeframe I needed it, I am very appreciative of the personalized service that Eddie provided. "
