"Hmm... I'm feeling mixed about my first, and likely last, opportunity with superior lighting, simply because I don't buy very much light ware. Over all, I was pleased with my experience: I easily found what I was looking for, paid a fair price, and was satisfied with my product. Unfortunately, the shipping time was crazy long. The item description said the product could take 2-3 weeks to ship. When it hasn't shipped in almost a month I contacted customer service and a representative emailed me back explaining that the company had dropped the ball, providing no additional details than the reassurance that my order would ship in two days. I was glad to have a tracking number, human response to my inquiry, and my problem ultimately resolved."
