"Ordered 100 cd cases. Order arrived with 35 of the cases damaged and unusable. Cases were squeezed into a box with NO buffer or packing to protect them. Unbelievable stupidity. Contacted them immediately. They replied with an email requesting a description of the damage (I sent the info again even though I had previously done so in detail at their site.) The email came back as undeliverable several days later. I sent another, it came back as undeliverable. Went back to the site and restated problem. NO RESPONSE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO CONSIDERATION. A truly inept company that is rude and unresponsive. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND..... WILL POST THIS INFO ON OUR SITE WHICH DEALS WITH PROFESSIONALS IN THE AUDIO/VIDEO INDUSTRY."

"Merchandise was received in less than a week. However, discs are bad. Two out of three became coasters when burn was unfinished on two computer drives and a standalone DVD recorder. One disc had a visible defect on the record side. I have since asked for a refund and LinkYo is sending a pre-paid mailing label via E-mail for return. With the Taiyo Yuden/JVC merger it looks like some bad product has been sent out. For now, DO NOT BUY THESE NEW DISCS. Wait until the manufacturing problem has been addressed!"

I used to buy at SAM'S club Verbatim cases for just under $26. The last couple purchases of cases from Sam's i had several per box with loose clear jackets and some didn't close properly. These are great when on sale ! "
