"This company had idiotic promotions and I will consider taking my business elsewhere.

They had a promotion of "100 free CD/DVD sleeves with 100 CD/DVD's purchased". I purchased their "600" pack (12 50-CD packs). I received the CD's with no sleeves.

I emailed them about the missing sleeves. No response. Sent another email - they called me.

They said the promotion was for "100" CD's not "600". While I would have liked 600-sleeves, I would have settled on 100. They would not budge.

If I would have know this, I would have put in 6-100 CD orders (their shipping was "free".) It would have cost them more in shipping."
