Product is really bad and was unable to use it. the laser toner cartridges would smear page, build up on components, and basically the printout was unusable. Put original cartridges back in and printing was great again but only have a few pages left in them as was the reason for getting replacements. I spent $200 for something I cannot use. Very unhappy and I missed my deadline also because my print job could not be completed on time.
I was contacted as a result of my bad experience/review and they offered to refund my money upon return of product. I have returned product and am awaiting the credit/refund. If they follow through as expected I feel that they will have done an outstanding job of correcting the problem. They called me and offered to solve the problem with no hassles -- I appreciated their active role in resolving the problem."

"I have recently tried to purchase brother lc 51 ink cartridges. Today only i received them and found it to be a third party company named G & G.

When i talked about this with customer service they have simply cut my phone.

I found it very discouraging because i am looking to buy brother ink cartridges only.

OEM. I did not receive the blank BluRay DVD/RE that was in the LG "what's included list".
Customer service sais that I shluld only get the drive. When I pointed out that I received the cables & the other items on the list, she said that the cables were needed to make the drive work< but the DVD was not.
