If that were so, the charges might have been $35 for a 12 oz package. Very untrustworthy about their shipping policy and cost, and customer service is obtuse."

I wanted to pay $45 for expedited shipping. They screwed up, and they couldn't care less. Now they think they are going to buy a positive review off of me for $5? I don't get it. And should I risk another order to try and get the $5 off? Like I said before, the product seems to work, but someone is asleep (or worse) at the wheel in customer service. "
