The product listings seemed a bit difficult to browse through, since there was so much text in the product name field of each one. I'm sure there is a better way of compacting that information into a form that is more convenient to browse through. Also, there isn't an account system or order detail feature, so I had to ask a CSR via the live chat feature for my order date. The track order feature doesn't give this information. At least I was able to test out the live chat feature, which worked out nicely.

Overall, my experience was average. I am sure my experience would have been better if the shopping experience was improved by adding convenience features such as guided searches for browsing (see NewEgg.com) and order history information (either via an account system or adding details to the track order feature)."
