"Normally, my business with Supermediastore has been very good. This order has been a problem as for shipping. I order for the Food Mimnistry where I work and buy administrative needs as needed. Now, due to the 1 week delay to send the products I ordered, I now have a main printer down for lack of one of the ink cartridges on this order. Monday I called and they said it will ship out on the day I called. I called 2 days later, and it still was not shipped. After calling two times and emailing two times, the package is still in transit, hopefully to my home address. Order is now 2 weeks late."
