"This was my first and will definitely be my last order from this company. Immediately after checking out--within 5 minutes--I sent an email cancelling one item on the order. I sent the email because the order was placed very late in the evening, and upon calling the company, I was unable to leave a message. In my email I explained that I wanted to cancel the one item because it was a $14 item that generated a ridiculous $7 shipping charge. Of course, the customer service department chose to ignore my email and sent the order out anyway. "Totally Dissatisfied! First time customer and last time customer. Ordered a 6 pack of ink cartridges for a Canon ip6700d. They sent me the wrong black cartridge. I simply wanted them to send me the correct cartridge at their expense. They wouldn't send me the correct cartridge until the I returned the incorrect one. They basically lost a customer because they were unwilling to eat the expense of the wrong cartridge they sent me and send me out the correct $6 cartridge. No big deal, there seems to be plenty of places to buy ink online. I'll spend my money elsewhere."
