"Generally easy to do business with, good prices, products, and service. However, on today's order, the order system repeatedly refused to accept my order, citing error shipping address. I validated the address/zipcode numerous times but continued to receive the same error message. In desparation, I hit the resend button without my credit card info (the system removes it after any error). Of course, the system generated a new error message, but the former "error in shipping address" went away. Finally, I re-entered my credit card info and the system now mysteriously accepted the identical shipping address. I hope others do not give up when they encounter this problem.
