"We inadvertently ordered the wrong product for our needs. We made a special request that restocking fee be waived especially because we wanted to re-order the correct product and additional products from SuperMediaStore. Initially Management outrightly refused to even consider a waiver of the restocking fee. However, twenty-four hours after my request, a customer service associate contacted me and apologized for the reaction of management the day before. They were clear to state that a 15% restocking fee is part of their return policy for non-defective items. Management said they could understand our position and would waive the fee this one time.
In an age where excellent customer service is difficult to find, it is refreshing to know that there is an internet company that respects the consumer and is willing to go the extra mile to maintain loyal customers and their good reputation as a store. I appreciate that Super Media Store was willing to educate me about their policies and forgive my mistake. I also respect the customer service personell who had the integrity to follow their policies as directed by management and bring my concerns to their superiors. I thank the team at SuperMediaStore for taking the time to contact me and resolve my problem.

"I thought I had a problem returning a toner cartridge back to Supermediastore.com, but it turned out that the RMA number they had promptly emailed me was stuck in my spam, or bulk mail, folder. Once I emailed the company directly, they were very helpful and got me all squared away with the RMA number, and since then I've gone ahead and shipped the toner cartridge back.
Although initially I said I was "very dissatisified," I am now VERY HAPPY with the service from Supermediastore.com. So I give them the highest positive rating I can.
I just hope you here at ResellerRatings will REMOVED my prior negative rating for Supermediastore.com.
