Jack: Once I got an extra yellow instead of magenta, and one time a magenta was defective.

Jack: The cost on these is so little that I didn't bother calling about it.

Jack: My question is: If I order part # IN-001-0536 which is 4 of each color, can I specify that I need 4 black, 3 yellow, 3 blue and 5 magenta so my stock is balanced?

Rep1: The colors on the packages are upto the manufacturers

Jack: you don't ship out of a warehouse yourselves?

Jack: so you cannot pull an extra magenta instead of another color to make this right?
