"I ordered from SuperMedia quite frequently. Most of the stuff I ordered were blank CDs and Dvds. Normally their shipping arrive in a reasonable fashion, and the product quality is sufficient. But my view changed after I tried their inkjet refill cartridge. It the worst computer related product I used in my life. It not only leak all over the place, the printer will not recognize the cartridge. So in the end, I was left with ink stain all over the place, and 5 useless cartridges that I order from SuperMedia. So buyer beware stay way from their refill cartridge. I tried contacting them regarding this problem. But nothing came back, I guess they're just like every other company. Only take the money away from you without the service to back it up. "
