"Very disappointed in service, unreliable! Order cleaning tape for server tape drive. Was emailed a day later stating out of stock and would be available for shipment on following day. Was called two days later and told it was now in stock and asked if I still wanted. Advised them yes and asked to upgrade to overnight shipping to arrive on date of a critical deadline. They replied no problem, advised me of additional cost for shipping and confirmed I would have it on Friday. It did not arrive for my deadline as they promised and I still have to pay for extra freight cost. Will not order again, too many other suppliers."
