I printed 10 black & white and 3 colored papers soon after I that it warned me that my ink was low? WTF? I've decided to give them a call in hopes of getting some questions answered about these ink products. However, it was very challenging to get a hold of anyone. I'm feeling a bit upset therefore I would like to return the other two products that I haven't yet used. wish me luck! I'm not sure if I'll ever be get a hold of anyone nor get a full refund."

My main complaint is that the 4-disk DVD cases have a high failure rate of the center double sided holder insert (tray). The lower plastic pin, which fits into a hole in the main case failed on a large percentage of the cases. I have gone through all of them & it is 12%. Luckily, I can use them as 2-disk cases, so it's not a total loss. "
