"I ordered one cartridge and received a second cartridge as a bonus. It seemed like a good deal until I received the cartridges. The first one I tried to install did not fit correctly in my printer. It has the correct cartridge model number and appears to be the same type of cartridge, but the plastic panel on the left side is slightly different and keeps the cartridge from sliding into the printer properly. Because it was the first cartridge I opened I was very disappointed and immediately thought I had wasted my money, but fortunately the second cartridge fits properly and works just fine -- the side panel on the working cartridge matches the side panel on my old toner cartridge exactly.

Since I received one of the cartridges as a free gift I guess it's not that big of a deal, but I did contact Supermediastore customer service twice about the issue and never received a response. That doesn't make me feel very comfortable ordering from them again in the future. "
