"It took 9 days to receive "In Stock" toner to CA. I was expecting 1 or 2 days since their estimated arrival time guide stated 1 day to CA.

I eventually found out the item was back ordered. When I asked why the product page shows in stock, I was told by the CS Rep that they don't know.

My order was also put on a credit card hold for an incorrect address. I think this was a delay tactic because the "new" address that I ended up giving them was the same one that I entered when I placed my order. I have the email confirmations to prove it.

Overall, supermediastore was a terrible experience. They don't seem to be a reputable company. Incorrect stock status and using a credit card hold as a delay tactic is not what an ethical company would do. "
