"The close date and expired protein bars are a deal and that's why I ordered again after the first time my credit card was stolen like many others. But after loading up on some "free" items, I had a shipping/handling charge of over $100! Removing most of these "free" items brought it down to $65, which is still over twice what it should be according to the weight on UPS. I've ordered hundreds of pounds of oil online and never had a shipping charge over $35. After receiving my order 7 days later, I was angry to see that again most of my protein bars were smashed and the protein jugs were dented and one cracked and spilling powder. The t-shirt wasn't protected and was also dirty. After spending nearly $500 and that much on shipping, I expect more care in the packaging, and not jamming stuff into space it doesn't fit in to save room. I didn't get anything after my credit card was stolen or the order was smashed, and I doubt they will do anything after another smashed order, so I'll never order again. I'll spend my hard earned money with someone else."

"The website and ease to find products is great. I like that you can enter a website that has a cheaper price and that it is then instantly beat on your website.

The only thing that is a pain is that after you have gone through the entire process of setting up an account to pay for the order then if you have to make any modifications it resets all the data you had previously entered and requires you start over. I also dislike how hidden the shipping charges are. The way they are not shown until the very end of the order makes it feel like the website has something to hide and that they are inflating the shipping costs to make up for the cheaper pill prices. "
