So I am upset, and ask for an uprade on the shipping, she declined and claimed it cost $50 per bottle to upgrage shipping. This will be my last order, I should have listened to all the bad feedback on the internet about this company. Your customer service is horrible! I however didn't appreciate receiving an invoice at the time of checkout that was $12 lower than the price charged on my American Express. It turns out that if they won't honor the price, they don't bother to contact you to let you know that the price will be honored. They just charge the difference to your card along with the order."
