"awesome products and deals. your website is very hard to navigate. I wanted to look for casein protein and i was unable to search by category for supplements. this becomes very troublesome unless i already know which brand i want. I also think the shipping costs are astronomical, i have made several purchases of much larger products from around the country and i find that a small package from your company costs a minimum of $20.00 dollars to ship. This results in me making far fewer purchases from you than i would like. If shipping was not as much i would buy all my supplements from you, which would probably be around $100.00 a month

"I always come back to SupplementWarehouse.com because they are consistently "ALWAYS" lower than any other website I come across. When I am shopping for the "BEST" price for my supplements SupplementWarehouse.com never lets me down. Now if they could do something about their abnormally "HIGH" shipping charges, they would DOMINATE the market!!!!! I understand they are trying to re-coupe some of what they are offering us in savings, but it is REALLY disturbing to think you are getting an "AMAZING" deal, ready to tell everyone you know where your getting your supplements from only to find out due to shipping charges your getting only a couple dollar savings over their competitors... In the past, I have received great customer service when I had an order shipped incorrectly. I would advise anyone who orders online to make sure they have a secure credit card company (one that will scramble your card number after the order is placed)to use or you might see charges on your card that you did not do. It happened to me a couple of times until I relieved when and where this was happening and contacted my credit card company to fix this issue."
