"I have used Supplement Warehouse 2 times, 1st time was in a price match that they said they will beat any price by 5% well I submitted my order and they stated that the product did not meet their criteria for the discount, ordered it anyway, they gave me a shipping date, that date came and went, extended the shipping date 2 more times before I cancelled my order, this last order was placed on 1/9/2011 and purchased shipping choice of 3-5 days and received it on 1/15/2011; ok is that 5 days? Well opened package and product was expired, had to wait till 1/17/2011 to get a live person and they would send out a new order and to send back the old product at their expense, well as of 1/21/2011 at 7:30 pm and no product!!! I would have thought they would have sent out the new order on a faster shipment, like overnight or at least a couple of days. Very dissatisfied Customer!!!"

I really like their ability to meet/beat competitors' prices! The only disappointing thing is the HUGE increase in shipping costs. On 09/04/10, I placed an order for Champion Nutrition Heavyweight Gainer 900 - Strawberry (7 lb.) AND BSN No-Xplode - Fruit Punch (50 Serving), and was charged $15.44 for UPS Ground shipping. I just placed the SAME order on 01/21/11, and the cost of UPS Ground shipping jumped to $21.76. That's a ~41% increase in ~4 months! The increase really eats up any cost advantage that Supplement Warehouse used to have. Sadly, this will likely inspire me to purchase elsewhere - which sucks."
