"I've been using supplement warehouse for the last 5-6 years now. Due to alot of different factors, I have not used Supplement Warehouse much in the last year or so. The website is still easy to use and pretty straight forward all things considered. Not much has changed here. Lots of products at decent prices, allways a plus.

I am quite shocked in the manner my order was processed and the fortune they seem to charge for shipping now. It has been a week since I placed my order and I just received an email saying my order was going to be shipped soon. Seven days! This sureley is not the SW of the past. All previous transactions I have received my shipment within 7 days when I lived in Ohio and now Washington. At the time I figured the almost $20 was ok because I felt like I was getting a pretty good price on my supplements and the turn around time in the past has been fast. Well this will be my last time using SW. ALmost $20 (UPS ground) for a 5.7lb box that will take almost 2 weeks to get from the time my order was placed is not acceptable in my opinion. I routinely ship 20+ lb boxes from Seattle back to Wisconsin for the same price via the same shipper.

This will be my last time using SW now that I know it will take a few weeks to recieve my order with a unreasonable shipping & handling price."
