"Mixed Feelings! Not impressed with the company overall,$23 Shipping fee for my order, but they are likely the best deal...IF... your order is over $100 & includes one of their Specials. I do really feel their backbone is one of gimmicky marketing strategies rather than straight forward price savings. PROCESSING TIME
It took 96 hours to ship my order(not 24-48 hours as claimed)of all in stock items. I placed my order on Monday and it was not shipped until late Friday. No items were backordered. This could be a fluke, as others seem to have positive processing feedback?

(And if you see other reviews that give their shipping cost the top rating.... read with caution because they have MUCH higher shipping than most all of the others)

TRANSPARENCY & SHIPPING COST
This is actually a bigger issue for me. My shipping charges were $23 for a $77 order shipping standard UPS. (And the shipping price was about the same for for a lower total). At most any other site the shipping would be Free or under $4.99. And there is really no way to lower shipping via incentives, etc. There is apparently some sort of handling fee structure built in (reminds me a bit of outrageous shipping and handling on Infomercials). To be honest, I probably wouldn't mind as much if they at least outline- in detail- how they calculate shipping and handlings. (Even the Infomercials tell you the shipping and handling for that $9 item is $19.99!! Sort of joking, but the point is there.

LISTED PRICES
This is their strong suit, if you can navigate through the less than straight forward cost structure. Basically, you get a good deal if you order $100 or more & includes one of their super sale items. Anything less will likely be absorbed by the HIGH Shipping cost (again $23 for my order that would be free most places).

CUSTOMER SERVICE
All in all, pretty friendly. Not blown away, but there is only so much they can do other than give you a status? So sort of a non-issue.

PRICE MATCH
I have found the "Price Match", which includes "Competitor Shipping" charges to be gimmicky as well. This only applies if you use a single competitor's price for every single items in your order. (Pretty stupid- if the competitor was cheaper under such stringent conditions you would be ordering from them to start with)."
