The replacement cartridge I ordered for my old Samsung CLP-620ND laser printer arrived quickly, and passed all internal checks and worked fine following installation. The color quality looked good, and I feel good about the purchase. The cartridge was JUST installed, so I can't yet comment on any future issues that may arise."

I've ordered multiple items from SuppliesOutlet.com and the cartridge quality has been outstanding. The VALUE has been over the top as I'm saving 60% over the OEM product at Staples. These compatible cartridges are terrific. Additionally, I recieved one cartridge that was damaged ....I called customer service and they immediately sent me out a new cartridge at no charge and told me to dispose of the damaged cartridge. Wonderful company and I will definitely reorder.

"#1I ordered the replacement drum CBDR730 for a brother 2690 printer. The toner cartridge would not seat into the drum therefore the printer keeps displaying REPLACE DRUM. I attempted to return the drums, as there are 2 in a pack, but they cancelled my return stating this item is not returnable. (this wasn't stated before I bought it). There is a 20% restocking fee to return. That's where they scam to take your money. Either way, they ensure that they get some money.
#2 The toner cartridges are not high yield at all. From first usage the print is very light. I went through three cartridges in one month. This business is a complete scam. "
"I have delt with more than a half dozen companies for HP Laserjet toner cartridges over several years. The best of these has been Suppliesoutlet.com (SO), which Ihave been ordering from for over 3 years now. Recently I ordered a replacement toner cartridge for my HPLJ printer. I received it within 2 days using normal shipping. That alone was exceptional, however the story got better. The package was damaged in transit (I would guess either by being run over by a truck or somewhere on a conveyer belt). I emailed SO about the issue w/pics on the day of receipt, indicating I had not opened the package & had contacted the shipper. SO replied the next day, The CS agent immediately ordered a replacement, which I expect to receive today or tomorrow. This is what I call excellent customer service. They have earned my continues business."

"Researched to replace cartridge for Brother HL-L2370DW TONER CARTRIDGE DR730 on their site took me to a page with adaptable units the one I picked was the first listed CBDR730-1P, the explanation said how long it lasted number of pages 12,000 but made no mention of you needed two parts and that the drum and the cartridge needed to be ordered separately. then when I called the customer service was informed that everyone knew brother units came in two units. Of course all do but their explanation on what I ordered was definitely deceiving. Guess that's why I had to wait 30 minutes for customer service lots of these calls coming back at them. Won't be using them for anything again."
"In August 2020 ordered a laser replacement cartridges set for laser printer. After delay, and arrival. I was ordering replacement for when current cartridges emptied. The cartridge opened were the yellow, and black. Old drum removed, old cartridge removed. package opened security bracket removed from replacement attempted to insert into printers color coordinated drums. The knock replacement cartridges would not fit, absolutely no way similar than the mfg. cartridge removed. This was an $147.00++ expenditure. knock off codes check against business web site, order numbermatch. Contact supplies outlet, and received no responses. I requested reimbursement and address for return of unopen knock off cartridges. DO NOT do business with these people. "
"We ordered a Gates brand timing belt. The product description showed a Gates belt and an image of the Gates Belt. We received a cheap knock-off for the price of a high-end product. It is impossible to contact anyone at the company. They have a nice website apparently designed to fool an unwary buyer.....me this time. Never again. Stay away!

"We are a small business who has ordered from Suppliesoutlet.com in the past. We had ordered an HP Laserjet 1300 toner cartridge last fall from them. The printer stopped working in April, so we called to see if they would credit us on a return. They said that they would credit us for $15.70 on a purchase that was originally over $20.00. We shipped the item in April at a cost of $12.55. So, we would net only about $3.00 after the refund. They claim that they attempted to refund the $15.70 on our business credit card, but that did not work. Then they said that they would send us a refund check. As of July 24, 2020 we have yet to see that check. We also asked to have the cartridge returned to us. They won't do that either. Notwithstanding the COVID-19 problem, they are either cheats or grossly incompetent, and are not to be trusted. Avoid these guys like the VIRUS!"
"Ordered toner and the price dropped the next day. I called to cancel my order before it shipped and order it at the discounted price. Their "customer service" telephone number says to email them. It's impossible to get a human no matter what you do. When I emailed them, they told me they didn't do price adjustments and I'd have to refuse the delivery and I'd would be refunded the purchase price less shipping cost - in about 2 months - if the package didn't get lost. Which they couldn't guarantee and couldn't be responsible if it did get lost. I showed them screen shots that I can order the item that day for the lower price, but they didn't want to hear it. Since they don't answer the phone, I was going to have to pay more for no reason due to their "company policy." When I asked for a link to their company policy, they weren't able to provide one. I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charges with my credit card company. Stay away!"
"The Bubble Mailers have a thin strip of glue that once closed leaves a LARGE gap - not sure if I got a defective batch or if this is their quality. They haven’t responded to me, and it’s impossible to mail something with a large gap. It’s enough for things to fall out, along with water to get in. I have to use Shipping Tape - and right now I’ve ordered more as I want to return them. They are thin, flimsy and I’m worried they will not protect my product. I regret ordering here and wish I had not trusted reviews on their site as those are obviously hand picked. I was rushing and not thinking. Terrible Customer service, but product is defective. "

Two months ago I ordered four drums from your company when I received them they were the wrong one.I called customer service and they told me to send them back they ll refund me or I exchange those drums for me. I returned all 3 drums since last month. Since then I have been calling customer service for 3 weeks they told me they couldn't find the package I give them my tracking # yesterday and finally I received an email from Katilyn the supervisor whom told she couldn't refund for the drums because they were open I explained to her, I had to open them to see if they fit the printers.I called customer service to returned them but she told me she could only refund me $13.00. I told her I needed at least an exchange she replied it's the company policy that she was unable to do an exchange but only give me back $13.00. I spent $68.00 dollars plus tax on those drums what I'm going to do with $13.00 dollars I told to keep money.
I am very disappointed with the company policy and feel I was taking advantage of. Beware never do business with them. Very disappointing..
