"The order came in two separate shipments, first came with two parts, the second with one part.
Opening the first package, an error was identified. Called customer service and noted the error. They would notify the shipping department, to assure recognition, and advise the next day.
The next day the second package arrived, and I verified the part was correct.
Emailed and noted that contrary to email exchange one part remained incorrect. Customer service was quick to assure part would be shipped shortly. I have since received and noted.
Sometimes errors emerge, and customer service aligns with shipping to correct.
