"The item was delivered on a Friday and was heavy. I hired the plumber to install it the next day. He lifted the toilet out of the box and the bottom was broken. Pieces of ceramic were at the bottom of the box. They had packed it well with protection materials all over except the bottom. Plumber charged me $200 for trip charge, unpack and repack toilet and Supply.com wouldn't reimburse me. So the whole experience cost me $200 for nothing + a lot of wasted time trying to get my money back. Then, to add insult to injury they told me to discard the heavy unwieldy package myself but I persuaded them to have UPS return it to them."
