"Online said “2 In Stock”. I ordered them to be shipped out immediately. They were quick to take my money ($404) and the product never came. Ordered on 8/6, I called on 8/13 to inquire and they stated they actually didn’t have them and that they were on backorder and couldn’t get them for a month...but sorry that their website gave false information. So their website lied so as to quickly get my money and then never made any attempt to let me know they actually didn’t have the product...So we’d be sitting for a month waiting along with my contractor. Pathetic service/company with false advertising. Buyer beware! Call before you buy!"

The service rep that took my follow up call corrected that error and redirected it to a warehouse that had stock. Two days later still no hose!. I recontacted the company, was told the "reorder" was placed incorrectly and he would correct it. I finally got the part after 10 days of waiting-even though I should have had it within 2 days if the company would have coordinated the order(instead of me having to prod them to do that). Not very smooth in executing."
