"I received the correct product, and it arrived earlier than expected! I am a satisfied customer. Unfortunately the Standard shipping cost, in this case, was higher than the cost of the product. At least for this product, which weighs a few ounces, I would have been cheaper than $10 if they used USPS rather than UPS. Perhaps they can weigh the package and determine which shipper is cheapest when it comes to small orders, and charge back any excess charges if it is determined that the USPS rate is less than other services? In this specific case, the shipping cost would have been 30% less. "

The manufacturer part number was discontinued, so Supply.com contacted the manufacturer via phone, with me on the line, and the part was identified - incorrectly as it turned out. With delivery of the wrong part, I again called Supply.com's customer support, and again they contacted the manufacturer. This time the manufacturer's rep got it right; the correct part was ordered, delivered and installed by me, all with no problem and no additional charge from Supply.com

"First let me say, I'm not a plumbing professional. That being said, I purchased a Toto toilet from a consumer big box store. When my plumber tried to install the new toilet he found the box for the tank had been opened and resealed - and the flush valve inside was broken.
