I received an email that my item had shipped. I contacted, informing them I had asked for my order to be cancelled and please advise on next steps. No response.
I contacted today to try to return the product as a) I didn't need it, hence the cancellation request, and b) it was missing some of the hardware. Still no response.
I'd really like to return this $700 item!!"

"Well, we got very good service. Shipment and delivery were prompt. Only problem, no fault of Supply Co., is that it took three tank shipments to finally get an unbroken tank cover. Customer service at Supply Co. as well as Kohler were very responsive to reship replacement tanks. Everyone was courteous and accommodating. All we needed was the cover. The one time Kohler shipped just a cover our address was mislabled so who knows where that one will end up. So, actually 4 shipments to get one good cover. Well the bowl and tank look good and so far are performing to expectations."

"I was shopping for a new toilet and had a few specific requirements. I found what I thought I needed and decided to use the chat feature. I asked about the size of the trap (Was the one I had chosen the biggest one they had?) Answer: it's a matter of personal preference. Trap size is a measurement, not a preference. I asked if there was one with the same specs for a better price. Answer: not to my knowledge. (I found one at about half the price) I finally asked what kind of warranty it carried. Answer: it doesn't show any warranty. (It comes with a very good warranty.) I was so angry by the time my 'chat' way finished that I nearly emptied my cart. Fortunately, I cooled off and bought my new toilet. Other than the chat nightmare, the rest of the transaction was great."
