"My hot water heater the other day had went out so I figured why not but another one, it’s the same power consumption.(4500) and it’s the same tank size(40gal) the only difference is that one is tall and skinny and the other is short and bigger. I’ve taken pictures of when it first came in it had a large dent on the top and obviously it came from the warehouse like that since the box was no way shape or from damaged in that same area, I figured it’s okay but took pictures just in case, well I decided just go ahead and hook it up anyways since I should be able to trust the company if they was willing to send one it would still work, ( sadly mistaken) well after hooking it up letting it fill with water and getting the air out like it says to I turn the power on and we waited for an hour and still cold water, decided it may take longer then the old one, so I waited a whole day, still cold water, was wondering ok maybe, just maybe the breaker box has a problem, mind you I got the hot water heater on friday at 12, at this time it was Saturday, so I don’t have anything to check to see if there is power other then a light or something, but didn’t want to take the chance with that much power it would explode the light, so I know someone that has a checker, and he couldn’t get there till the next day in the morning, he came by and checked and he showed me it was getting the power, so it’s now Sunday at 10 I email support about it, figured you know I’d have to deal with it another day since they probably aren’t working since it is Sunday and the website says to report in 2 business days. Monday comes and still no response, and here it is Tuesday. I go through my emails and through the spam making sure nothing got missed and there is nothing from supply.com other then my order placed and an email asking to review. Are you serious? Could I just get some help? Cold water showers is not what I paid the $400 for. If that’s the case please show me where it says it’s a cold water tank and all it does is supply cold water? Cause I’m that case I wouldn’t need power for it. "

"The items were shipped late, the tracking number was wrong, the delivery company (A Duie Pyle) was supposed to do same day delivery when it arrived locally (arrived before business open) but then told me they never do it to a residential address and could best do the afternoon the next day, and then A Duie Pyle without apology were late to a 3 hour delivery time window and came after close of business.
I appreciate that COVID-19 has made everything more difficult, which is why I'm giving this two starts instead of one. I ordered from Supply.com because they gave me the earliest delivery date, and I had built it some buffer with a plumber being on site, but my items being delivered 2 days late after close of business, I missed the plumber entirely. This has ended up costing me hundreds of dollars to bring a professional back. Supply.com should not have given a date they could not deliver on, and I will note that one of the two days of delivery delay was due to Supply.com not shipping on time.
With that said, the supply.com customer service was very polite. A Duie Pyle was not."
