"Ordered 2 items and they were delivered the next day. After we had the items for about a week the contractor looked at one item and realized it was not what he wanted to use. No fault of supply.com. I did find the return procedures somewhat challenging as it required having the original box which fortunately I had but also 6 other requirements which I have complied with and hopefully get full credit. I think they should include these complicated return steps with the original order. It would appear they would like you to miss a step so they don't have to provide a refund. I would do business with them again. "
"After trying to get many quotes, it was very difficult to communicate with the representative. They often did not reply to emails at all. Then, once I did end up placing an order, they sent me two types of the same product so they look different even though they are the same and my client was not happy about the final result. I will make sure I look elsewhere for my business needs in the future."
