I waited over 24 hours for any sort of communication and received none. I finally spammed every email address they had on their site and informed them to cancel my order. "I ordered an Athlon CPU 3800+ processor and it does not work. After closer examination with a magnifying glass, of the 240 pins,27 were bent over into the row next to them and one pin was missing entirely. No wonder it doesn't work, it won't plug into the AM2 socket. I was sold junk."
"This company is a joke. I ordered a RAM chip from BestBuy and when it arrived, it had a packing slip from Kingston Tech. When the RAM chip failed to work, I called Kingston Tech to find out Supply Sale / Element Technology where the actual shippers. There was no phone number or any other reference to Supply Sale / Element Technology on the packing slip. Once I was able to find out who shipped me the RAM chip, no one from customer service would return my calls (I left 20 different messages). Their website said all returns must be approved by completing an RMA form which is not available on their website. What a joke of a company. I will never, and I mean never do business with them again and if Best Buy does not step in and exchange this chip, I will never do business with them either."

"Didn't find this site until it was too late. Same story as many others: Placed an order on SupplySale.com for a product that the website said was in stock. My Paypal account was charged, and I received an e-mail saying the order had been confirmed. The next day I received an e-mail saying my order status had changed. Hooray! It must have shipped! Wrong. The status changed to 'Cancelled.' "Unfortunately, the item you ordered is no longer available in our catalogue. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you for shopping at SupplySale.Com!" I haven't decided if the site is a total scam or it's just a completely incompetent online retailer. Some people appear to have actually purchased products from the site, but far too many people report the same experience I had. Where there's smoke, there's fire, as they say, and the good reviews may be fictitious. Stay away or proceed at your own risk! I'll update when I find out whether the try to keep my money."

Placed order, and a day after noticing no charge on CC and no tracking, contacted. They then charged CC and provided tracking, but tracking was bogus. Could never get a live person on the phone. Several days later emailed again with ultimatum about CC Disput. Got a response that Fed Ex failed to pick up package. Finally received package, but too late for the immediate project it was needed for. "
"This was my second order to SupplySale.com (which appears on my credit card as Element Technology.) I will give them proper acknowledgement for having the items I wanted at a decent price on both of my purchases. The first time I ordered, there was some sort of delay or disconnect in communication, where an extra 2 weeks passed, and as I was starting to get nervous, the items just arrived (no tracking information given in advanced.) I didn't think much of it. This last order this happened again, and at about 12 days from placing my order I emailed their service department to find out what was up. They informed me the items had shipped a few days prior, but they were waiting for confirmation from their warehouse. Again the items "magically" arrived a few days later, just after the 2 week mark. I don't think this was the worst experience I had, but figured I'd share this anecdotal information in case someone had ordered and is waiting to receive their item(s). I think they just need a couple extra days to process and ship from their warehouse, which combined with a reduced amount of shipping communication than 95% of other online retailers, makes the wait time seem suspicious. I would order from them again, but I now know how high to set the bar on the delivery time. And I don't expect to get tracking information, let alone within a day or two, like my other vendors. "

I ordered an Xbox Gold Starter Pack on the 16th of October and 2 days later I get an email that my order had been canceled due to no stock!!!I payed with Paypal because I was skeptical of this site to begin with! It is now the 25th of October and I still cannot access the money I payed with because they still have a hold on it!!!!! Inaccurate site with no customer service I highly advise you to think more than twice before buying from this site!!!!

"I ordered 2 HP rack-mountable switches from Supply Sale on a whim because of the attractive price compared to other stores. I then checked the seller feedback on this site (reseller ratings)and worried a bit because of the horror stories I read. Even though some of the reviews were 5-star positive, I thought maybe they were paid-for or written by employees.
Despite my inclination to being suspicious, I didn't worry too much because I decided to checkout with Paypal. I was worried initially because of two things: they sent an email with a link to track my packages, but the link returned with a "Not Found" page from Fedex. Also, my Paypal payment was authorized to "Bryce Wall" which I thought was weird because it doesn't sound remotely similar to Supply Sale or Element Technology.
I had the items shipped to my warehouse, and I thought the switches were taking a long time to arrive. I proceeded to freak out and sent them an angry email threatening to dispute the transaction with Paypal. They responded promptly (and politely) with the correct tracking numbers and I saw that the shipment was delivered rather quickly to the correct address - after some minor detective work I found out that the switches were delivered to an employee who placed them in the wrong spot in the warehouse.
This company is legit, and I worried for nothing. I paid for my products, they kept in touch, and they were polite. The shipping was fast, but there was some confusion regarding the tracking numbers. Also, Paypal payments are authorized to a name other than the company names, but you shouldn't worry.
If there is any issue, I suggest emailing them before reading the reviews!"
"Ok, so I placed an order online before reading all these reviews. After reading, I panicked and immediately tried to contact the company via phone. No response, after several calls and voicemails left. I finally emailed, threatening to cancel the order if I didn't hear from them. That seemed to get their attention, as one of their salesmen called the next day.
This guy was very helpful. He communicated with me frequently to help track the order and ensure it would arrive on time. However, there was a miscommunication between Supply Sale and the distributor. An erroneous tracking number was sent, so I had no idea if/when the item would arrive (I was on a tight schedule too). Fortunately, the item DID arrive on time, but it cause me a lot of stress and frustration.
At the end of the day, I got the item on time. However, the company phone line was terrible. And there was a lot of unncessary stress caused in waiting for the item--not knowing if it was coming or not. I honestly expected this to be a fraud. However, it wasn't, and I'm glad I got the item and the help received from the salesperson.
Would I recommend this company? Not if you're trying to get something quickly. And not unless you're willing to go through some hassle. However, it did save me some money, so in the end, it was worth the heartache.
BEWARE and BE CAUTIOUS if using this company. It MAY turn out ok, as it did for me, but I would categorize these guys as "Risky"."
"Try to call them before placing an order. I mistakenly purchased from them after reading these reviews. They had a part I couldn’t find anywhere else. Before and after receiving the item I could not get them to respond to voice or e-mail messages, no tracking number or order updates. I left several messages for Sales, Customer Service and even tried their 24hr online chat/support but its offline 24/7. Very frustrating to deal with. They finally responded to my paypal dispute after 2 months but waited until the last day possible to respond and fought the refund. The product they sent was not as described and was internally and externally damaged. So much for their 30 day guaranty, if they don’t respond they don’t have to deal with exchanges or refunds. Paypal refunded my money but I’m out $50 in shipping. SupplySale has yet to respond to any of my messages. Buyer beware."
"I ordered an item that their real-time inventory said there were 4 in stock. It later changed to 8. I got an email saying my order was cancelled because there was no stock. I sent an email to which they did not respond. There is still a hold on my PayPal account for the payment.
I wish I had known about this site before because I see many people have had similar experiences that I did."
