"I received a defective mercury flame sensor. I emailed them over the weekend expecting to receive a reply on Monday. They failed to reply, I gave them until Tuesday, still no reply. First thing Wednesday AM I called, Kevin the CSR was very helpful and got a replacement out ASAP and it delivered on Friday. The return label for the defective part was available by later in the day on Wednesday. Everything went smooth and the replacement part worked great.
PS - My email was replied to while I was on the phone with Kevin.. I relayed that I couldn't wait any longer and I decided to call. They apologized for the delay and explained they had an unusually high Email traffic they were working through."

"Had a gasket go bad in my gas furnace which was leaking and causing rust. Repair company wanted $600+ to fix it which seemed excessive. Plugged the model number of our furnace into SupplyHouse search and it popped up the complete parts list for anything that could be needed. Was able to find the right part, order it at a very competitive price and it shipped in ~3 days. I will be using SupplyHouse.com for my DIY projects moving forward! Huge fan!"
