"I do not know how I got to this site “Supportdock.com”, I thought I was chatting with HP support. I felt that they were trying to gather enough information from me to bill me over the phone. After I notified them that I was a Certified Computer Nerd they abruptly ended that chat and a new window popup asking for my email address so I can get a transcript of the chat. Below is the conversation with only spell check modifications and my personal information replaced with all X’s. Draw your own conclusion.

Bill says: I have a HP G60 laptop I ordered restore disk for it and I am for the first time trying to reload it. I was assured that I was getting a Microsoft OEM disk. It is a HP recovery disk I keep getting a 1005 error message when I try to restore the disk and it hangs at 99%
