I paid for my order (4 June 2015), order never arrived I asked for a refund they said it will take 5 days for the refund to process. Nothing, no money has been refunded and today is the 30 July 2015. They claim to have over 5000 happy customers. DO NOT TRUST SUPPLY ICON. RESEARCH YOUR ONLINE SHOPS BEFORE YOU BUY. AS THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU!"

"I work for an online shop, and we learned about this site from a client of ours who tried to buy our products from them, thinking they were getting a good deal. They were, but it was because this is a fraudulent website - our prices are normally pretty high and we are tight with distribution so our products aren't available on just any website.

We learned that a customer had purchased a pair of shoes we sell through Supplyicon.com - the strange thing was that this website then placed an order on the customer’s behalf through us (using someone else's credit card but shipped to his address), and we got notification from our payment processor that a stolen credit card was used for this order, so I believe it is a fraudulent scheme.

I assume they list products for much cheaper than their recommended retail price, collect payment from a customer who thinks they are getting a great deal, and then the use a stolen credit card to place an order to the same customer’s shipping address.
