"Ordered Philips Pasta Maker 20 days ago. The company called me to verify the order and said they will ship it. After 20 days, send me a cancellation email. Really? Hold my money for 20 days then cancel the order? Totally fraud!!! Stay away from this awful company!"

"Placed an order, gave them a inquiry number where it resulted that the shipping should be free. They completely ignored that and they charged me the shipping fees. Also, one of the items was sent from one of their stores and the amount is completely wrong and much higher than expected. Many phone calls to their customer service and still have to solve the problem because, every time you talk to a different person and they seem not to communicate between them.
Avoid it if possible.
At the end I received the items.
Also I received back the extra cash I had to pay.
