"I would NOT recommend buying from this company. I placed an order but needed to cancel it. I emailed and called customer service within 4 business hours to cancel. The customer service woman had a bad attitude with me. a few hours later she called back to say that they could not cancel the order but gave no reason why, but said she could help me start the return process! Meanwhile, the order had not yet even shipped! I left a message to speak with a manager and no one called me back. They make you pay for shipping both ways, and charge to a restock fee in the amount of the shipping cost! in this case, it will cost me almost $100 to return this item that I had called and emailed customer service to cancel within hours of placing the order. this company is such a disappointment to me and I will never buy any of their products in the future! poor customer service!!"
