"Ordered a upper receiver from these individuals and received a defective product. Was never able to get a complete product and was also never able to get a refund. Went through the BBB and was unable to receive any help. Owner and his employees are incredibly rude and make every effort to pass the buck or simply blame the customer. No willingness to replace or resend anything. Complete lack of customer service. Can not say enough do not spend your money here! Garbage individuals work here and own this trash company."
"Two weeks ago they sent me a UPS shipment tracking number stating a "label had been created". After a week there was still no change in status. I emailed them a few times asking what was going on. I got no reply. Voice mail just as useless.
I have sent them a final email stating that I will start a credit card dispute if I don't get a reply in the next two days.
They really don't seem to like customers. I think they will get their wish soon"

"With such a shortage of ammo the little available over the past year the pricing all over was extremely high. However I just picked up 500 rounds of 45 ACP 230G for under .50 a round. New clean brass. Ordering was fast and painless as I submitted the proper paperwork needed for NJ. Highly recommend. "
"I placed an order and when I got tracking info I found it would be delivered while we were out of town. A quick email asking them to hold the shipment for a few days and received an immediate response thanking me for letting them know. They will hold the shipment for a few days to avoid any issues. Great customer service. As far as pricing goes, the market is what it is and if you feel the prices are too high, simply don’t buy anything. Whining about high prices doesn’t help anyone with regard to reviews. It’s a business, not a charity!"

"Unfortunately Surplus Ammo was the second place I tried to buy my AR-15 lower from. The first place I placed the order ended up processing it for an entire month with no hints on when it would ever ship and extremely delayed and unhelpful customer service. Surplus Ammo on the other hand was exactly the opposite. They were extremely easy to work with to get them the FFL, their customer service was very helpful with timely responses. Best of all, the item shipped even before I expected it to. Highly recommended, will be shopping here in the future."
