Amazing, and fast service

"When I ordered two new Ortz controllers. I got them a few days after I ordered them. Most services take days to process but Surpster did not disappoint me. They even offered me a protection plan. Also my order came with a complimentary Fidget Spinner. Good job surpster! "

A TOTAL CON...BUYER BEWARE!!!

"I ordered these through the new Walmart.com that is supposed to be like Amazon...well, I thought I would give them a chance, but this vendor is a total scam...there was no order number and, of course, when I sent an email saying I needed to return them because they are too big to fit i my ears, then all I hear are crickets...no emails, no order number, no return communication at all...

"I purchased an wireless earbuds and trying to return them but need information on where to send it. Called the phone number on the purchase order and it has been disconnected. I called Walmart, who is their partner, and they gave me a different number. I called that number and let it ring until it disconnected. I am beginning to thing this is a scam! If it is not a scam, they need to improve on the customer service side of the business. "

Completely upset

"I ordered an item on Sept 17...to date i have emailed them 4 times since wirh NO response. I have yet to receive the item and I have tried reaching out to them on cancellation but they have ignored my every contact. I plan on disputing purchase thru my visa and filing a complaint thru the Better Business bureau. This is a scam.
