Instead of takng ownership of their mistake and correcting the problem, they insisted that the vendor shipped me the wrong item and it was the vendors fault. They eventually gave me a refund. I will NEVER order form this company again. I will continue to use other companies that are professional and offer customers great customer service, the total opposite of Sustainable Supply. "
