I didn't realize there was a 30 day return policy (maybe it was only 14 days), so that is my fault, however, our maintenance person had not yet gotten around to installing them - replacing old theft-resistant spindles for toilet paper with the new ones. Now I have several toilet paper spindles that I have nothing to do with other than throw them out! Will not use Sustainable Supply again. They were prompt, but not understanding and accommodating. I think they should have accepted the return - it wasn't that untimely."
