"This company's website advertised a shorter delivery time than it took. I stressed in the "Additional instruction" box that we needed this as fast as possible due to a state inspection/survey, and that we were a large nursing home company that would probably need more of these. So, getting it quickly could lead to much more business. It actually took about 4-5 days longer than the company advertised, so we were not happy at all, and it did not make it in time for the inspection. Probably will not be using this company again."

"First time for using this company. There was a slight "hiccup" that caused a delay in the processing/shipping of our order. We thought "oh no, another company that's dropping the ball". A one-star rating was coming. Not only did they correct the issue (partially due to us ordering 3,000 of an item), but they expedited the whole order at their own cost without us even asking. Life isn't perfect. Our company isn't either, nor do we expect our suppliers to be. It's how you deal with the issues that determines how many "stars" you get. "
