"I will never purchase from this company again. I confirmed with a customer rep that the product that I ordered is what our company needed. When we received it, it was not the right part. We called to return the item and were told we would be charged a 25% restocking fee. What a joke. Especially when the package arrived the shipping label indicated it came from Grainger. I called Grainger and asked if they charge a restocking fee. They told me they do not. I went back to Sustainable and told them that. Their policy is that they do. SS eventually reduced the restocking fee for the whole day and a half we had the items, but that we had to pay anything is ridiculous. Because they would not waive the restocking fee my company will never buy from them ever again."
