"I placed an order for several items which was processed quickly and without too many complications. I promptly received order confirmation, payment confirmation, and even an invoice. Website and browsing experience were satisfactory. The next day, I received a message saying "some of your products are out of stock and the order could be delayed." I then requested to know the basics: what was out of stock, and in what quantity. What less could I ask for? I offered to accept a partial order if the available stock covered my immediate needs. Impossible. Several emails, too many, in a morning and a half without them being able to respond with anything other than "we need more time" - which is exactly what I didn't have, at least for part of the order. In the end, I had to exercise my right of withdrawal and I admit they were quick about that, too. But net net, I lost 24 hours without receiving a response to a basic request. Not what one expects for an online transaction in 2024.
The above review was refused to be published by svetila.com; I got an answer stating that "everything was OK and they had already given me an answer". If cancelling my order (i.e. not even considering to send the items they had on stock, as I ordered more than just one SKU) is what this site considers a customer-centric answer, you can decide for yourself if you want to dare purchasing anything from them. Most worrying is to know they don't consider publishing negative reviews either, another clear sign of how consumer centric they are and the ambition and motivation they have to improve their service levels: none."

No follow up, doesn't answer to emails... Long story short, take you money elsewhere, I spent $300 with them and I'm still left hanging after a month."
