This is my first experience using Swappa. I didn't even know your service existed until my daughter mentioned it to me about a week ago.

I thought it was very easy to list the smartphone, and it was also very easy to correspond with potential buyers.

The phone sold in just a couple of days, and the financial transaction working through PayPal couldn't have been easier.

And since this was my first time using Swappa, I had several questions along the way. And I was quite surprised to get quick answers no matter what time I sent in my questions either day or night.

So anyway, needless to say I was very pleased with your service, and I plan to use it again someday and also tell others about it too.

The only little hitch was that the buyer had changed her shipping address and had forgotten to update Swappa. But the post office forwarded the shipment to her, and it only delayed the delivery by about a day or two.
