"I received my phone in a timely manner and it was cosmetically perfect. I did order nearly new.
But the mechanics were lacking. The sound quality on calls is not good. I was going to send it back, but you know how that is, you need a phone and you have already set it up and you do not want to start over. So I tried using it with headphones, and it is somewhat better, but you are not always wearing headphones.
Sadly I am not convinced by this service.
I am baffled by how this could occur ( not really) because they offer multi step testing and verification to assure all is in working order, which is why I gave them a try.
Maybe my tester had a hearing problem?!

"Bought several phones already from Swappa never got ripped off yet......but much has to do with seller of course I try use sellers with several sales or even better a company with some kind of a warranty after all big sellers cannot afford any bad press. You can not have a phone for one day and say its good you must give it several days see if drops calls,locks up the like. I am trusting Swappa pretty well now after all bought several times so far........(first time hardest folks like most things in life) "
